GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Privacy Policy governs the relationship in the field of personal data protection of visitors to the website https://charity.codelions.co, owned by the Charity Organization "Charitable Foundation CodeLyons Ukraine," legal entity identification code 45384526, located at Ukraine, 79004, Lviv region, Lviv city, Volodymyra Velykoho Street, building 4, office 418 (hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation"), represented by the Director of the Foundation, Maria Romanivna Dudas, acting under the Statute.

1.2. Terms such as "personal data," "controller," "processor," "recipient," "data subject," "data owner," "data controller," "third party," "data breach," "consent of the data subject," "personal data," "data processing," etc., are used in the meanings defined in Article 4 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and Article 2 of the Ukrainian Law "On Personal Data Protection" dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI.

1.2.1. The term "User" covers all categories of individuals whose data is processed. This includes our business partners, clients, potential clients, suppliers, and other visitors to our Website. The term "User" should be understood as gender-neutral.

1.3. The Privacy Policy is designed to inform data subjects about the processing of their personal data during their visit to/use of the Site, as well as to ensure the protection of their personal data during such processing.

1.4. The Privacy Policy, as well as the Foundation's activities related to the collection, processing, storage, and other lawful actions concerning personal data, is regulated by:
  - The Constitution of Ukraine;
  - The Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated June 1, 2010, No. 2287-VI;
  - Other applicable regulatory legal acts of Ukraine regulating personal data protection;
  - International legal acts ratified in Ukraine;
  - Legal relations arising for the Foundation in connection with the processing of personal data of residents of foreign jurisdictions, also subject to the laws (including international), national, and international regulatory legal acts that regulate personal data protection of residents of such countries.

1.5. The owner of personal data processed in connection with visiting/using the Site's options is the Foundation. The Foundation has the right to delegate the processing of personal data, in whole or in part, to third parties based on a contract executed in accordance with the requirements of applicable law.

1.6. An individual is a data subject under this Privacy Policy if they are a visitor to the Site, including if they use any options available on the Site, including providing the Foundation with information about their email address, last name, first name, phone number, etc.

1.7. The Foundation guarantees that:
